Over the past few years, I have slowly been changing out the products I use for ones with Natural ingredients. This transition started when I became pregnant with my daughter, Kayleigh. I knew I wanted to use natural products with my children, as I was concerned about ingredients in various household products and their effect on our well-being.

Finding the right products for my family has taken a bit of trial and error, and I am not absolutely perfect in my endeavors to use only natural products, but I have taken a huge step in the right direction. When trying a natural personal care product for the first time it’s important to give your body time to adjust. If your body is used to a conventional product, you might need a little time to adjust to a natural formula free of chemicals and artificial ingredients. Trying the deodorant for at least 3-7 days, including testing out different scents (or unscented), can help determine the best fit for your body’s unique chemistry.
