Fall is just around the corner, and I cannot wait to feel that cool, crisp air, curl up under a blanket with a cup of hot cocoa and watch a good movie, while noshing on one of these caramel Apple recipes!

My husband and I have been on a low carb diet for several months, and now that we’ve reach our goal weights, we’ve decided to loosen our belts a little and start eating some of our favorite things again, in moderation. After all, fall is the best time for eating the foods you love, right?

I just love fall baking! It’s one of my favorite things to do in the whole world. Baking with apples and pumpkins is just so much fun. The smells that fill my house are just so wonderful. It just makes you feel all warm and cozy inside.

We have plans to go apple picking at our local apple orchard for my birthday in 2 weeks, and I can’t wait to make some of the delicious Caramel Apple recipes below. Don’t they all sound amazing?!
