Have you ever gone to prepare something (or if you're like me...completely prepared it) and then realize that the food, we will use lasagna as an example, needs to be covered with Aluminum foil...and you are completely out? Well no fear, just use a cookie sheet : ) This works great for 9 X 13 size pans but if you need to cover a casserole you could always use a pizza pan or round cake pan.
