Greg Locke was born in Texas on 13th July, 1976. He attended Southern Methodist University and graduated in 1998. He later continued his studies at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary obtaining a Master of Divinity degree in 2002.
He married Julie Locke who is also the mother of his two daughters, Tessa and Renesmee. He lives with Julie and his younger daughter Meredith at their home near Orlando, Florida.
He previously worked as a Pastor at a Baptist Church in the area. He was also involved in watercolor painting from 2005 to 2006.
Career
His professional career began when he became a member of the staff at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1998, where he worked as a research assistant and took part in many church outreach programs. In 2004, he served as an interim pastor at two churches; First Baptist Church of Orlando and New Hope Evangelistic Center (now known as New Hope Fellowship).
In 2006, he became a senior pastor of a church in Orlando known as Grace Family Baptist Church. In the same year, Greg also founded New Saint Andrews College where he was responsible for developing a college application process and curriculum.
