Several years ago I collaborated with Macy's on a holiday campaign. Seeing this photo reminded me of how many great opportunities my blog has opened for me. It has expanded my world and allowed me to create such great Memories with my family.

I discuss the challenges of doing it all on this blog, a lot. Indeed,  I continue to maintain this platform because I believe that my stories and experience can help inspire others and make a difference. Still, it is important to reflect on the positive as well, especially during the holidays. As my friend, Darlene, said recently, doing so helps us forget the present and focus on the joy! 

This photo helped me do that. It was in the "archives" from the Macy's campaign. It didn't make the cut. However, seeing it now made me smile. It's from the days when we only had two children. We weren't sure if another one was in the cards for us. And, we were spending time getting to know who was our only son at the time. He was then, as he is now, a big ball of love!
