I have posted a few videos and ideas before about cheaper diapering alternatives. One of the ideas I mentioned was turning old t-shirts into diapers. You can view that information here. Just recently I stumbled across a more advanced version of that idea. It uses old t-shirts but also old towels to create your soaker layers. It does require sewing which my original suggestion did not but it looks really easy! You can view the video tutorial and step by step instructions over at Adventures in Fluff.
