Is there such a thing as dressing appropriately for your age?

I hear it lots of times: You should be able to wear whatever you want!'

But I think there are limits.

Sure you can dress like a 16 year old when you're 54, but speaking for myself: I don't think it looks good. In the picture above I'm wearing a shirt and skirt that belongs to my youngest daughter.

Even though it fits me, I don't think it suits me.

My face doesn't agree with my outfit.
