This is Abraham And Sarah Story from the holy bible. Once upon a time, a very, very long, there lived a man named Abraham. He had a wife who was named Sarai. Now, these two did not have any children, but they wanted to become parents.

One day, the Lord came to visit Abraham. “You will have any things when I die,” the Lord told Abraham. God promised the two, that they will have children. “One day, you two will become parents. Even if you two are extremely old.” Sarai had faith in God, and they believed what he said would happen. The god wasn’t sure if Abraham understood, so he took him outside. Image Source@ www.lds.org.”Do you see all these stars?” God asked Abraham, who nodded in response. The night sky was full of stars that night. “You will be the father of that many children,” God told him. Then Abraham understood what God meant and chose to believe.

Many years later, when Abraham and Sarai had become extremely old, older than grandparents. The Lord decided to change Abraham’s name to “Father of Many” and Sarai’s name to Sarah.”You will have a child soon,” God told them. “It will be a boy.” Abraham laughed at this. He was not sure how that was possible given their age.

One day, three visitors came to Abraham’s house. He hurried to meet them. Ushering them in, he asked them to sit on the couch. “Where is your wife?” they asked Abraham.”She is in the other room.” Abraham gave them fresh bread and milk to eat.  After eating one of them said, “I will come to visit you next year around this time. You will have a son by then”. They left after that.

Now, Sarah had been listening from behind the door. Sarah tried not to laugh too hard, for she did not know how was that even possible. Then he heard Abraham saying the same thing. The three visitors assured Abraham that he would have a son.

A year later, the two were actually blessed with a baby boy. It was only then, that they realized that the visitors were God in disguise. You may also like to read, The Creation Story.
