Low Price Point

Besides limited space, budget is probably the second main reason deterring many from acquiring a nursery glider.

We don't blame you - many glider rockers in the market easily cost a few hundreds of dollars and to be fair, just not everyone has that kind of money to spend on a glider (especially when you have so many other baby stuffs to purchase!). 

This is why its price point gives the Windsor Glider and Ottoman such an extra edge in this competitive market. It is, dare we say, the cheapest glider and ottoman set you won't be able to find anywhere else. 

And by cheap we mean its price tag only. This nursery glider and ottoman exceeds our expectations in so many ways. 

Generous Seating and Storage Pockets

You would think  with a price like that, the Windsor will be very basic. Not really. 

It has a generously-sized seating area so you wouldn't feel cramped sitting in it. Even if your little one has grown bigger, you will still be able to hold and cuddle him sideways without being constrained by the width of the chair. 

Next is the availability of storage pockets on both sides of the chair. Like this glider rocker here, you can have your essentials nearby and handy so you don't have to get up from the chair every time to retrieve any necessities. 

Multiple Colour & Pattern Options

Like many wooden glider and ottoman sets out there, the Windsor offers a variety of colour and pattern options for you to match with different interiors and aesthetics.

Of course, we are not expecting something like this or this, given they are (technically speaking) different in types.

However, we find that even when compared to similar wooden glider and ottoman sets like the Graco Sterling or Storkcraft Premium Hoop gliders, the padding of this one here goes a little bit thinner.  

Incidentally, it may not be as comfortable but you can always put an extra pillow or cushion at the back (or underneath) for better support. 

There are also complaints about the Windsor Glider being susceptible to breakage, however, we think that has got to do with the way the rocker is assembled by some.

You see, some may think that they need to torque the parts strongly to ensure the chair is steady but that is not what you're supposed to do. Applying too much pressure will only weaken the wood and thereby rendering it susceptible to breakage down the road.  

So yes, as long as you have screwed in the parts, it should be fine. You should however adhere to not sitting on the edge of the seat, armrests or backrest as this could cause the chair to tip over. 

There are users perfectly happy with the long-lasting condition of the Windsor even after years of uses so durability is something we think you have nothing to worry about.
