My review
I loved this thing. My son wasn't a huge fan of anything that didn't walk him around (aka ME) but this was a great, lightweight portable option for setting him down to take a shower or eat something. I put batteries in it once, and they died quickly - but any Baby item that vibrates or plays music will eat up batteries, so that didn't surprise me. It doesn't bounce on its own, but will move slightly just from baby movements. I actually LIKED this because I didn't want baby to fall asleep in it - they aren't supposed to sleep in these things. The cover is easy to take off and wash. My one complaint is that the blue areas are made of something different and seem to stay lint-y even after washing. I love that it's not covered in bright colors and silly looking animals, one of the few baby item with a pattern that feels OK to leave in the living room. I removed the "mobile" and threw it away - it was just in the way.
