I was no Beauty junkie.  When I was single, my kikay kit was so spacious. It only housed a local pressed powder, a lip balm, a comb, and a bottle of cologne.  I did a lot of attempts to use trendy Lippies, facial creams, and other beauty stuff my kikay friends raved about, but sadly, my affection for them didn’t last for a month.  I was as clueless as a guy when it came to beauty products.

Pregnancy and motherhood gave me a brand-new point of view, however.   In the middle of my hormone-related self-pity moments, I figured that a dab of color on my lips wouldn’t be too much if it would help boost my plummeting self-confidence.  After a long demanding day without enough sleep, a bit of blush on my cheeks and a little styling of my hair can offer to perk up my day. It takes a little bit of effort to nurture our God-given physical beauty to be happy in our own Skin.
