Ingredients for stuffing:
- Chopped cabbage
- Chopped capsicum
- Grated carrot
- Boiled potato
- Paneer (optional)
- Chilli sauce
- Soya sauce
- Tomato ketchup
- Salt
- Chilli, ginger & garlic paste
Take a pan, add oil. Saute all the above ingredients for 2 to 5 minutes.
Let it cool down for stuffing
For dough:
- Wheat atta
- Oil
- Salt
MIx well and make 3 parts
For color: For Yellow Roti you can add turmeric/dal mash and add the 1 part to it and make Dough by kneading well.
For Pink Roti you can add beetroot juice (blended) and add the 2nd part, knead and make dough.
For Green Roti You can add palak puree and add the 3rd part, knead and make dough.
Then stuff each flat roti with the above stuffing and fold in a triangle shape and roll.
Shallow fry with oil. Triangle stuff paratha is ready! Serve with sauce and green chutney
