Ingredients:
3 tbsp Ragi malt powder
Jaggery powder to taste
Water as per your consistency
1/2 teaspoon Cardamom powder
Nuts –almonds or cashews crushed
Preparation
Take the ragi malt powder in a cup and add water just to mix them to smooth consistency with no lumps so mix slowly by adding small amount of water
Boil 1 glass of water and add the above ragi paste stirring continuously to avoid any lumps on low heat or simmer
Add more water if needed
Add jaggery and cardamom powder for taste .it is optional
Stir continuously until bubbles arise
Once cooked you can add the crushed nuts and serve in a glass
