Do you need to bleed to lose your virginity? Here’s what no one tells you!

As much as you and I might shy away from discussing it all about sex and Virginity, turns out that it is important we spoke about it, at least to keep the myths at bay. Virginity is a very sensitive topic for Indians and losing it also means a big deal. Well, at least that is what most of us are taught to believe. And I’m sure, just like me, you too are dwelling in the belief that every woman loses her virginity only during her ‘first night’.

But, that’s where we all go wrong. So, before you make up your mind and think there’s only what is being told to losing virginity, know that there is a lot more involved.

Here’s what you need to know about losing your virginity!

You may not bleed

There is a whole hype about virginity and bleeding, isn’t it? but, turns out it may not be true. Bleeding has nothing to do with losing your virginity. And the truth be told, most women experience a hymen tear even before they have sex for the first time. This could be during a sport activity, riding a cycle, dancing or any other form of physical exertion. So, don’t expect a pool of blood when you get down and dirty for the first time.

Sex may or may not hurt

This totally varies from person to person. Sex is a different experience for each woman and remember, it is meant to be more pleasure than pain. However, a little pushing and pulling is Perfectly Normal when it’s the first time. Indulging in foreplay and using a good lubricant are things that may come handy to keep pain at bay.

Warming up is more important than the climax itself

There is a reason why we say you need more foreplay. This only serves as a natural lubricant and makes things easier and more pleasurable for you.

He might ejaculate little early

Yes, this is true! If it’s the first time for both of you, expect a little mess from him too. Orgasming too soon is perfectly normal if its your first time. However, this does get better with time and soon your man will be able to hang in there a little longer.

Don’t freak out if your boner does not co-operate

Its perfectly normal if you experience problems with erection, during the first time, stress, anxiety and fear can also contribute to this issue. Indulge in a good warm up session before you get started so that you loosen up a bit. So, take a deep breath and let things take its own course.
