Large Bird Sighting
I got the following report of an exceptionally large Bird flying overhead, a little while back.
I would assume this Sighting was of a Thunderbird as it has many of the characteristics of other reports.
The Thunderbird is yet another "unconfirmed" cryptid that has a very long history of reported sightings.

Describe what you saw:
My sister, brother, and I were standing at the neighbor's house playing with the neighbor's kids. All of a sudden it got very dark around us and my sister and I both looked up to see a MASSIVE, dark-colored bird with what had to be a wingspan of at least 20+ feet. It flew low, just above the trees and my sister and I have been in total belief that WAS a large bird to this day.
We've never seen anything like it since and still get laughed at by our family for it when we bring it up. My brother remembers the event but did not get as good of a view as we did.
What color was the creature:
Very dark brown/black
Was other evidence found:
All I remember is when it flew over, several Pine Needles began falling from the trees.
More details:
As children, we just knew it had to be a pterodactyl. 😂 As a teenager, I even wondered if it could have been a large Condor, but after searching, there's no way. The color was wrong and the size was smaller than what we saw. I'll never forget it.

I was 10, and we were at my grandparents. They lived on a dead-end road on the north side of town. There was no sound other than the sound of the leaves and pine needles tickling together as it flew over at a low, steady glide. It took my and my sister's breath away at the sight of the dark bird that was flying over. Our bother played it off as an airplane or a compact flock of birds. This offered no sound and blocked out the light. Planes and flocks of birds don't do what this did.

If you think about this bird being large and low to the trees, there had to be some force from those wings to knock pine needles loose.
