Kefir diet

Kefir is a wonderful product for preventing constipation, supporting microflora, plus, due to its low calorie content, our weight is rapidly decreasing. However, dairy products have a high insulin index (II), a measure of how much insulin is secreted in the body in response to eating food. Keto diet

The most popular of diets. Fat is removed by fats. The diet excludes carbohydrates, and we eat fat up to 80% of our daily diet.

The body receives energy from fats and carbohydrates, and if you remove carbohydrates, the body will take energy only from the oxidation of fats. The weight will come off. You definitely won’t have to starve with such a diet, since fat saturates the body well. What is wrong?

When fats are oxidized, many ketone bodies are formed, so the smell of acetone can be felt. Acetone poisons the body.

Due to the lack of fiber and dietary fiber, the work of the gastrointestinal tract is disrupted (a violation of the stool occurs).

Ketoflu (headaches, drowsiness, irritability). The cause of this flu is dehydration caused by increased urination.

There are contraindications to the keto diet, for example, diabetes.

Hair loss, menstrual irregularities are also a side effect of such a diet.

Diet with calorie restriction

Eat less and lose weight. The diet of such a diet consists of 600 – 1200 kcal. Yes, you can lose weight, but you can lose your health as a “bonus”. Hair loss, brittle nails, rapid weight gain during a breakdown – these are just “flowers”. People who restrict themselves in this way end up thinking only about food and even after the end of such a diet, they fixate on it. The person becomes irritable, libido decreases. I want only one thing – to eat.

All these diets have a lot in common:
