  • Go to Lists menu > Select Chart of Accounts

  • Go to Bank Feed Settings tab > Select Deactivate all online services > Click OK > Then Save & Close.

Turn on the Bank Feeds again

Closing and turning the bank feed again refreshes your QB connection to the bank. Now try attempting the same task again and check if the issue is resolved.

Step 5: Check your company data

  • There may be a possibility of your company data getting corrupted or having other issues.
  • Run the Rebuild Tool twice to fix any data issue in your QuickBooks
