We’ve had great fun this week working with New York Times No1 best selling author Dr Wednesday Martin on the UK promotion of her new book UNTRUE.
New York based Dr Martin called us last week to ask if we could help secure some Media Coverage and interviews for her quick visit to our shores – she was in the UK for just a few days.
UNTRUE is the result of many months painstaking research which led Dr Martin to the conclusion that many women find monogamy more difficult than men and that ‘consensual non-monogamy’ works for many couples.
We decided to make things seasonal by pitching media contacts the idea of husbands Christmas gifting their wives permission to have sexual encounters outside of their marriage. Or as Dr Martin put it, ‘A Hall Pass.’
We were able to deliver significant media coverage including a great spot on ITV’s This Morning earlier today which saw Dr Martin debate the issue with Vanessa Feltz and programme hosts Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford.
We have also been able to deliver significant pieces in the Daily Express and Mail Online with lots more in pipeline.
Dr Martin was kind enough to say: “Thanks so much for your hard work getting me on the show. You guys really deliver!”
