Long time London PR client Steve Miller is back on the front page today with a splash in the Daily Star (pictured above in the hands of senior account exec Becky).
The red top has led with how Steve is calling for tougher measures to curb child obesity in the UK – including care orders for parents who refuse to get their act together.
We have been working with Steve, who hosts Fat Families on Sky1, since 2014 and always enjoy helping him maintain his high profile in the UK national media.
Steve is in constant demand as a plain speaking TV pundit in discussions around Britain’s obesity problem. Most recently he’s been enjoying regular slots on ITV’s Good Morning Britain.
Today’s front page is the latest in a long list of media opportunities we have delivered for Steve, who was at one time known as the Simon Cowell of weight loss, because of his no nonsense, straight talking approach.
One of our favourites was the time we had him trending on Twitter after he blamed Homer Simpson for setting a bad example with all those donuts. We scored a mountain of media coverage with that one with pieces in the Mail Online and BBC Radio 1’s Newsbeat along with many others.
