Rootstock: We are very pleased to announce that London PR has been chosen to handle all UK and Irish PR for this year’s Rootstock Festival at the Château de Pommard in France’s beautiful and historic Burgundy region.

The festival, a celebration of the very best of French food, music and culture, takes place on July 13 – 15 when the Château de Pommard throws open its doors and invites international travellers to its new luxury Pop Up Hotel, where guests can sleep in an elegant outdoor setting surrounded by hundreds-year-old vines and 17th-century architecture.

We are looking forward to highlighting this fantastic event with national press and media attention both here in the UK and over in Ireland.

The Festival features a great line up including a roster of chart-topping international acts, including British band Jungle, Canadian group Soul Jazz Orchestra, Swiss band Le Roi Angus, and Nigerian-born guitarist Keziah Jones.

More than 17m Brits visit France each year and we are hoping to persuade British and Irish festival goers to pack their sunscreen ratrher than their wellies this festival season.

The event takes place at Château de Pommard, located just three hours from Paris, and 90 minutes from Lyon, one of the nation’s most popular tourist hotspots. A new Concierge Service is now available to coordinate visitors’ arrangements, with travel and accommodation packages.
