Many are thinking about the idea of a home-based business, but it all stops there. The current unique situation with the Coronavirus epidemic could be the necessary trigger to think about it again, but letting it happen this time.

The digitalization of the world is something that goes on silently. “Normal” people do not notice much. Maybe they see that their bank pushes them to do their transaction on the Internet instead of lining up in the branch office. Many of the home-based businesses are part-time activities. With the lay-off of personal due to the Coronavirus pandemic, these people now can go “all-in” with their home business.

The online business has been around for a long time as an excellent example of a business you can run from home. However, the routines have kept a lot of people out of the new way of thinking. The corporate job absorbs 100% of the time. After all, we all have to look after the monthly income.

This is what usually is called the “rat-race.” You are fighting hard to earn your monthly pay-check, and there is no time to focus on anything else, even if you might know that there is a big bite of cheese waiting for you outside the wheel.

In a way, the routines and the corporate lifestyle keep a lot of people away from fully recognize the digital revolution we are living right now, and since some years ago.
