The Scenario
SKO has been in the business of providing security solutions for years now. The company has been strategizing unique ways to create a hassle-free environment in different places where security is the biggest concern.
As a company with vast domain knowledge and technical skill sets, SKO eased up the process of on-boarding and off-boarding thousands of passengers during travel via airlines and cruise lines, through its temperature scanning and facial recognition software, called ‘Therma Check”.

However, the original UI designs were plain and didn’t serve a lot of purposes. The interface didn’t look user-friendly and had little or no visual appeal. That’s when they approached us for our expertise.
The Solution
When SKO Solutions approached Pixel Studios for a creative, user-friendly, and experiential UI design, we partnered with them to integrate their software into a more presentable UI/UX interface.
The blueprint only looked like this:
Then we did what one of the leading UI UX Design Company would do. We took to our drawing boards to create an interface that could not only monitor the temperature of passengers on-boarding a ship, but also precisely track children and their parents when they were aboard.
We let our intuitive and mindful design thinking take center stage and developed a UI that benefited SKO in the long run.
Our UI solution would go on to suit different kinds of audiences – from kids to adults – with easy-to-use navigation in line with their browsing behaviors.
The result? A fun and interactive ocean-themed UI design that allowed a user to login and initiate facial recognition, and an AI that scanned the faces of children and matched them up with their parents.
