JAIPUR: A man was detained and three others Arrested in connection with the Rape of 2 small cousins in Rajasthan‘s Jalore district, authorities said Monday.
The episode took placed beneath the Bhinmal police station area on Saturday night when the accused allegedly kidnapped the women, elderly 14 and 15.
The accused returned after leaving the women in the crime place, authorities added.
The prime accused has been detained on Sunday night while the 3 others have arrested in relation to the circumstance, Jalore SP Shyam Singh Chaudhary said.
Chaudhary said announcements of both women are recorded and their medical evaluation has been conducted.
A case was filed under IPC Section 376-D (gang rape) and also the POCSO Act.
