CHANDIGARH: In a campaigning of its kind, Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar on Sunday had virtual campaigning for Baroda candidate Yogeshwar Dutt during the online dialogue with youths, especially those from Baroda assembly constituency.
Interestingly, while hitting two birds with a stone, CM Manohar Lal Khattar decently criticised the deceased MLA Krishan Murti Hooda while targeting the leader of opposition Bhupinder Singh Hooda.
Khattar also urged the youth to cautious against misleading statements by leaders of opposition parties over the issue farmers as well caste polarization during the bye election. During his nearly 45 minutes address, Khattar elaborated upon the achievements of the government over past six years while referral to corrective meaurues in system.
“We are in power for the past six years. MLA from this area was a very nice and sober person. I dont know as to whether he approached me for any development work in last five year., But, certainly he did not approach in tenure. He was really very simple but unfortunately he was elected due to mercy of someone else. Hence he could not take care of the constituency as it would have been,” said Khattar.
But, after his death, i had been visiting this constituency and being a chief minister i took responsibility for the development. Lot of things have been done and lot more things are in pipeline. Hence now, the time has come when we have too rise to occasion, added Khattar.
Now. we have fielded Yogeshwar pehalwan ji and please ensure his victory and he shall ensure his presence with everywhere and everybody.
Notably, Khattar also had interacted with the pre decided list of youths from over dozen villages of Baroda constituency. Among those who interacted with him included a recently appointed PTI teacher, a clerk and few other beneficiaries of government job.
