The government would extend all possible support for the treatment of Dmk Chief Karunanidhi who has been admitted to the Kauvery Hospital in a critical condition said Tamil Nadu Chief minister Edapadi K Palanisamy.
Briefing the media at Salem, the Chief Minister said that the veteran leader was fast recovering after being admitted to the hospital at the odd hours of Friday night.
Meanwhile, Health Minister Vijayabhaskar met reporters in Chennai where he said that he was praying for a speedy recovery of Karunanidhi.

The five-time former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu has been suffering from urinary tract infection and age-related ailments and was earlier under treatment at his home before he was shifted to Kavuery hospitals as his vital parameters dropped.
Senior Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad, who arrived at Chennai met DMK working president MK Stalin at Kauvery hospital to inquire about his father’s health.
According to report the vital parameters of 94-year-old leader dropped when the medical team attending on him at his Gopalapuram residence rushed him to Kauvery hospital at about 1.45 am on Friday night.
