A militant belonging to Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) was Arrested today at Sagardighi in Murshidabad of West Bengal. The Police have recovered 50 detonators, wires and batteries used in explosions.
Two other people who were linked with the same terror group were also Arrested Earlier. The National Investigations Agency and Special Task Force have been tracking the movements of some of the suspected militants. The militant was nabbed successfully by the two agencies.
Two other people who were arrested earlier today were identified as Mohammed Jiarul and Mohammed Paigambar. These two people are said to have a connection with the terror group JMB.
A large number of detonators and other equipment show that a plan for major blasts has been under planning. This arrest has uncovered the terror network and links in the state of West Bengal. Investigating officers are trying to nab some more culprits related to this group.
