In another embarrassing situation for Uttar Pradesh Government, an Ips Officer was caught on camera taking an oath to work for the construction of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya at the earliest. The State Government has been on the receiving end in the Kasganj communal riots issue.

This incident has created another controversy against the government. Director General of Home Guards Head Quarters Surya Kumar Shukla was shown on video saying that he will work for the construction of Ram Mandir as soon as possible.

The IPS Officer said that it was a meeting arranged for finding a solution to the issue of Babri Masjid and ram janma bhoomi. He further stated that even the Supreme Court has opined that it will be better to solve the issue amicably with mutual understanding and agreement.

The event ‘Ram Mandir Samasya aur Samadhan’ (Ram Mandir’s problem and Solution) was organized by different groups under the Akhil Bharatiya Samagra Vichar Manch. It was held in the premises of Public Administration’s building in Lucknow University.

The IPS officer said that the issue is being blown out of proportion. He said that the meet was aimed at providing a solution to a long-standing problem. He was called as a guest to the meeting, he added.
