One of the Cabinet ministers of the Yogi Adityanath’s Uttar Pradesh state Government has made embarrassing statements against his own government. Om Prakash Jabba, who is the Cabinet Minister of UP State, said that the corruption under the BJP Government has increased manifold.

He said that it has crossed the corruption that prevailed during the previous governments of SP and BSP. He stayed away from it saying that he was an ally of BJP, but it is not his government. State BJP Spokesperson Rakesh Tripathi, however, condemned the allegations and said that they were made to garner cheap publicity.

Om Prakash Jabba head a party named SBSP which has 4 seats in the 403 seat assembly of UP. He allied with BJP and got a cabinet minister seat as well. However, it is said that he was not given much importance and was dissatisfied with the ruling party.

BJP Spokesperson said that if minister Om Prakash has an issue, he has to approach the party address at a relevant forum rather than giving irresponsible statements to the media. He said that if SBSP has any problem with BJP, they are free to break the alliance and contest the elections on their own.
