The Ryder’s Tennis Academy has been equipped with international facilities. The Players over there will be trained by experienced national level coaches along with nutrition and fitness experts. The players performing well in the academy will be given chance to participate in the district and state level table tennis competitions.

Inaugurating Table Tennis Academy the Chile Open winner, Anthony Amalraj said “promoting sports at ground level is very important. This will give youngsters a new direction. I am a sportsman myself, and I know the importance of sports and the positive mentality that develops from it. The key to success in table tennis is quick and fast, which also needs to be physically fit”. He further added, “The Academy’s inauguration is a good step in the development of table tennis game in the country and it will enhance the consciousness for table tennis among inhabitants of Gurugram “.

“Table tennis is among the few disciplines with a mass participation in India so has the profile of the game. I can honestly say that table tennis is looking up as a game with a future in India. The infrastructure has to be improved and more international level camps should be organized and players should be given more exposure. At Ryder’s we have been working on the ground level & foundation of the players to put them in a platform where they can participate in state-level competitions and further in the national level”, said Raj Hazarika MD Ryder’s Sports Academy.
