Rajya Sabha MP Renuka Chowdhary breathed fire on TRS Government for imposing restrictions to foil the Chalo Assembly planned by Congress Party on Friday.

Responding on the denial of permission by Police Department for ‘Chalo Assembly, The Parliamentarian commented, ‘Who are they to offer Me permission or deny it? This is a democratic nation. Should we conduct rally when they give their consent? Congress will not succumb to any such threats. Our Constitution permits rally at any place. TRS Government spent crores to stall Chalo Assembly with police force just because Congress yearned. Imagine what’s gonna happen if Congress roars’.

Finding fault with the treatment meted out to her when she took part in ‘Chalo Assembly, Renuka commented: ‘Hundreds of Male Cops for a single Renuka Chowdary…shabash! There wasn’t even a single women police. How dare to place a hand on Me? I will take the manner in which cops treated Me to the Parliament. This is in violation of the Law…The dignity of the woman wasn’t safeguarded’.

Renuka Chowdhary alleges TRS Government bought Congress MLAs like sheep in the market. She went on to say the defector MLAs doesn’t have any goal other than making quick money. The MP accused TRS Government of sentencing farmers to prison with false cases just for opposing its anti-people policies.
