Why the fragmented opposition and most of the regional parties are constantly engaged in hate politics against Modiji whereas people of India at large love Modiji and so is Modiji love India and Indians in equal measure.

Nearly 3 decades ago, most of these parties were opposing congress. But today they are all ready to get incubated under the yet to be crowned prince of Congress. People may wonder why this sudden shift has happened and why all these identity and ideology less political parties could rally behind congress and not Modiji. The reason is simple. Congress was shrinking day by day and soon its declining glory would reach its summit when the waiting prince takes over the top party position.

The difference between Modiji and the rest is that Modiji has a clear vision, would not tolerate corruption and nepotism and always keeps the interest of the nation above party politics. The shrinking congress was an advantage to all those politicians because most of the regional parties had grown at the decline of the Congress. When the congress becomes the single largest party necessarily it needs all these regional parties to form the government. Every one had demanded their share to support Congress and that is how the saga of UPA 1 and 2 ruled India for 10 years. All the alliance partners had followed the perfect socialistic law in sharing the benefits equally.

People of India were frustrated and want to eliminate all these corrupt politicians from Indian politics thus Modiji arrived as messiah to build New India. The growth and recognition of Modiji have necessarily shrunk the political base of these regional parties and most of these parties have started to become aliens to own constituency. Every one in India started to listen and interact with Modiji through ‘Man ki bath’, twitter, facebook, Modi App etc. Now the situation has changed so drastically that even if some regional parties could retain their base in their respective states, they cannot flex their muscle to Modiji because Modiji wants co-operative federalism and not confrontational style or muscle power politics. Further, Modiji does not require these parties to win the election because people of India are strongly behind him. Therefore the regional parties cannot bargain with Modiji, naturally they have more reason to hate Modiji than love him.

Another obvious reason is that Modiji even if accommodates the regional parties; he will not entertain their scam instincts and corrupt practices. As a result of the above, the regional parties are frustrated with Modiji. They are engaging in hate politics because they are scared, insecure and jealous of Modiji and his global acceptance. On the contrary, all these political parties may also know that supporting congress will not make the Congress party strong thanks to the political wisdom and maturity of the dynasty.

As long as the opposition parties engage in hate politics and demean the respect and dignity of Modiji, a leader whom millions of people follow and respect, naturally all these opposition politicians will be hated by the people in return and never be loved. For most of the regional parties, more than gaining acceptance to own party, wants Congress to gain ground so that they can form a syndicate to engage in the same old game.

Instead of connecting with people with newness, they are trying to reach out to people with agenda of hatred towards Modiji. For all these regional parties, Modiji is a nightmare because Modiji has not only made them defunct but also immobilized their opportunity to engage in scams and swindling public money. That is why these regional parties hate Modiji more than Congress. All along these political parties would have thought that by making congress insignificant they can gain grounds but never anticipated that the state of Gujarat would be so rude to them by gifting a great leader – Modiji to India.

The hatred of most of the opposition parties towards Modiji and BJP is genuine because so far they were questioned by none and therefore they were so comfortable in running the politics of scams, dynasty and nepotism. But Modiji has questioned these parties. The Congress could not question them thanks to coalition dharma.

People of India have sufficient wisdom to differentiate facts and sensation, performance and perception creation. So Modiji will go strong and invincible both due to his own personal integrity and true intent and the hate politics of the opposition parties.

Modiji is also spreading the message of one India. Most of the regional parties want India to be divided into different regions so that they can continue to dominate and claim their pound of flesh to extend support to the central government under a coalition. When the message of one India reaches every nook and corner, naturally the identity and relevance of the regional parties have started to fade and this is the other reason why they hate Modiji.

Time has come, hate politics is going to work, similarly the minority appeasement and sensationalizing of some sporadic incident to demean Modiji is also not going to give any political dividend to the opposition parties and instead they must work with Modiji and must support all good initiatives of Modiji barring all political differences.

New India and vibrant youths expect only such responsibility from every political party.
