Live-action Tom and Jerry may be a bit generous. Apparently, it will be a “hybrid,” some form of mixing animation and live-action.
The story will reportedly follow newly hired hotel employee Kayla who goes to war with Jerry who has moved in just before a big wedding. She hires Tom to get rid of Jerry and antics ensue. But watch out as Kayla’s boss wants all of them gone.

Folks… this sounds awful. As in, bleeding from the eyes awful. Not one thing about this story makes me interested, and are Tom and Jerry still even a viable property at this point?
This project should be pushed off the edge of a cliff before anyone is harmed by it.
