It looks as though a lot of new releases were complete misses.
Shazam! took the top spot this weekend with $25.14M and now stands at $94.91M domestically. Globally it has hit $221.21M off of a $100M Budget.
Second place went to Little with $15.49M off of a $20M budget.
Hellboy landed in third place with $12M off of a $50M budget.
Fourth place went to Pet Sematary with $10M for a new domestic total of $41.12M. Globally it sits at $76.82M off of a $21M budget.
Dumbo landed in third place with $9.18M, bringing its domestic total to $89.94M. Globally it has hit $266.94M off of a $170M budget.
This week’s wide-release will be Breakthrough and The Curse of La Llorona.
