I will never try to say Lucifer is a perfect show. It’s not. But I will say it’s a fun show endlessly.

I was bummed for sure when Fox canceled it, and then thrilled when in the literal eleventh hour Netflix sealed the deal to save it. Then came a whole lot of waiting. Finally, on Wednesday we got a trailer announcing the return date.

To add to the cheek of this, the trailer debuted 666 hours before the launch of the new season. I’m sure that was just pure coincidence…

Lucifer season 4 will hit Netflix on May 8.
