The fall movie season is upon us and the Box Office reflects that.
The new Tom Hanks and Clint Eastwood true life story Sully spent a second weekend at the top of the box office taking in another $22M. It now stands at $70.54M domestically and $93.94M globally off of a $60M budget.
Blair Witch arrived in second place with $9.65M off of a $5M budget.
Bridget Jones’s Baby delivered a weak $8.24M off of its $40M budget in its opening weekend.
Fourth place went to Snowden with a fairly anemic $8M off the back of a $40M budget.
Don’t Breathe rounded out the top five with $5.6M in its fourth weekend. It now sits at $75.32M off of its $9.9M budget.
This week’s big releases are The Magnificent Seven and Storks.
