Ever been stuck in a situation where you want to predict the weather for an outdoor event? All day it has been hot and sunny. However, weather.com keeps predicting a 50% chance of Scattered T-Storms and Scattered Strong Storms. I figure if I have a lot of outdoor event plans then and only then will it rain for 40 days and 40 nights. Until that happens it will be scorching *HOT* all summer.
