hi babies, your Fave Angel is back n ready for 2017 ! i'm not going to give you all that new year new me bullshit, despite making a long pretentious list of new years resolutions which I will probably chuck out february 1st. however, I do think that 2017 will be a good year and I am going to both Poland and Mexico, and fingers crossed Paris in the summer, so that should be fun fun. I also might go makeup free for most of 2017 minus glitter and strawberry flavoured lip balm.
my Christmas holidays have been really good so far. I got lots of lovely things for Christmas, including a glow in the dark rubber duck, candles and daisy perfume. the picture below is my new years eve outfit, which made me feel like such an angel fairy! however, the top was quite risqué around family friends and I felt v v judged, but you know. free the nipple and what not. i'm already known as the crazy veggie liberal, so I might as well carry on with that perception of me. its probably not too far off the truth.
I have to return to school in like four days which makes me want to cry because I just got the cutest pjs and fluffiest dressing gown, which makes me want to curl up in bed all the time. I also got an ipad which makes my obsession with Netflix documentaries easier to indulge in.
This year I told someone that I loved them and kissed a lot of people, most of whom I haven't spoken to yet. Also, I have lost several friends who were meant to always be there, resulting in me spending a lot of time on my own. However, I got a job and made some new friends and have realised that being introverted and enjoying spending time on my own is not a bad thing or a problem that needs to be solved. Soon I will be 18 and can buy wine and maybe go clubbing, and actually hate it as much as I already know I will.
I will try my best to become a better blogger and find some interesting content to talk about on a more regular basis. I also recommend that you listen to Archie Marry Me by Alvvays and Boyfriend by Best Coast. My two fave songs at the moment.
