$700B is the price tag on the military spending bill passed by the Senate this week.  And they're shitting their pants over my $1600 student loan that's in default.  I'm starting my life over once again and am pursuing a truck driving career. Due to my default, my training cost an extra $4000, $1k of which I had to produce in cash. I'm sure that's a laughable obstacle for anyone bothering to read this, but that's a lot of money for me to redirect from drinking, gambling, and hookers.
