I am trying out a Replacement for Little Snitch. For those unaware, Little Snitch is a network sniffer that detects the internet comms used by apps running in your Mac and well – snitches on them. This allows you control to determine how often some apps have to phone home.
I have a dns blocklist at the router level at home. I’ve been looking for an app to do this at the app level for when on the road.
A spelunking on the web led me to Lulu, run by a non profit organization. Going to try it out to see if it’s a suitable replacement.
