I decided to make this post after considering the financial condition of ADOS’ members. It’s no secret that Black people are the last hired, first fired. Also, everyone knows that we have to work twice as hard for less pay. Finally, if one looks critically at any corporation in a Predominately Black area with predominately Black employees, everyone knows that Black people are at the bottom.
