Eggs/whites are not just for breakfast; protein is just as important in the evening when your body is repairing from the chaos of the day and you're transitioning (hopefully) to the peacefulness of the night. I love to cook and really dedicate the proper time to developing flavors and unique combinations; other times, it's a go-go go-go. Dancing, I wish. Whipping up a healthy, delicious, beneficial Meal and not investing a lot of time - right up my alley. The Quickie Series that I developed works well for me as I eat about five small meals a day (rather than the traditional three). Don't shy away from the traditional three if you feel good and it works for you. Abe Lincoln was all for it - seriously!
