Did you know that a "Jammy Joe" coconut-covered bun doesn't actually have jam in it?  I bought a few packets because my brother, his wife and kids, and my sister, husband and kids all came to my house on Sunday.  I was taking the men to collect their Wedding Suits and I knew the kitchen would need stocked with sandwiches and sweet food.  I formalised my hypothesis yesterday and confirmed it by eating on just now.  I'm not really disappointed because they're still delicious and no doubt very bad for me.

Its always difficult to quantify the correct amount of food to have for visitors.  I, like most people, err on the side of caution and over-provision.  This means I'm polishing off the extra food over the next week.

I bought my wedding suits instead of renting them like a normal person.  In fairness, it worked out marginally cheaper and the suits are really high quality.  The only real issue I have is that I can't get a Waistcoat to fit my brother.  He is at least a fifty four inch chest and the waistcoat sizes stop at fifty two inches.  This means there will either be an alteration to the waistcoat or, if it can't be fixed, the Best Man and Groom's Man will have to go without waistcoats.  Whatever happens, I'm happy to go with the flow.

Those suit trousers are definitely too short.
