The last time (during the annoying time of Covid vaccine passport) when we went to The Heritage for dinner, we were quite disappointed with the food.
But in life, people including restaurants deserve a second chance.
So we went to try their restaurant again.
This part of Perth was very quiet with very little people. With so few foot traffic, I wonder how restaurants survive.
Anyway, at least we could dine in peace. It was better in a way.
Started off with their bread and butter. Pretty standard.
Ceviche was pretty good. Very refreshing during this summer weather.
Mushroom was not bad.
Their squid was another of the excellent dish.
Duck was decent.
Beef rump was better than what we recalled from our Previous Visit but not as good as what you could get in Japan.
Finished off with some potatoes chips.
Overall, our dining experience was better than our previous visit. But price was very high even for Australian standard. Food quality had certainly improved but it was not superb that we would be dying to return soon.
