Israel and Hamas had a ceasefire in less than two months. 

Meanwhile Ukraine and Russia have been at war for nearly two years. Perhaps those making decisions have to be wiser. 

With the much-touted counteroffensive largely unsuccessful, Ukraine is being forced to be on its Backfoot. The force of Russian attacks is gaining momentum with passing time.
