Dining at Fine China

It is actually quite hard to get a seat in Chinese Restaurant for dinner on a Saturday.

After failing to get reservation for quite a number of restaurants, we finally managed to get into Fine China in Victoria Park.

We had been to this restaurant awhile back. This time, they had lobster and mud crab special at $88.

Had their lobster cooked with Singapore chilli sauce. Not bad though I will have to taste the real one in Singapore to compare.

Fried prawns with wasabi sauce were also pretty good.

Fried rice with minced beef and truffle was an excellent dish. This was one of their chef's signature dish.

The boneless duck was decent.

Likewise their beef was ok.

Their veg dish was a tad bland with the chef being too generous with water. Probably should have got something else.

Overall satisfying meal.
