I think this is just the tip of the iceberg. It further re-affirmed the suspicion that their data cannot be trusted. The organisation is no longer a neutral body but has been weaponized politically.

 We live in strange time. It's hard to know what information you can trust. 

This is the first time in history we test so many people who have no symptoms and count them as active cases. Never has this been done before. The motive is suspicious.
