If you are in Albany, it's certainly worthwhile visiting Brigg Amity or actually the replica of Brigg Amity. It's located just on the fringe of the city next to the museum.
The Brigg Amity was the first settlement ship to Albany. Couple of big cannons there as you can see above. You can also go inside the ship for a small fee.
It's certainly interesting to get a glimpse of the life of the early settlers.
