The surroundings of Jefferson county has a lot of attractions.

Red rocks Amphitheatre in Morrisson is like none another. The Amphitheatre at 6450 ft above sea level is surrounded by Red rocks.

Dinosaur ridge , Lariat loop scenic byway, Lookout mountain nature center, Tinytown railroad and Butterfly Pavilion are worth a mention.
