Wherever I am in the world, whether I'm living in a tent in France or at home in my comfy bed, I always go to sleep to the sound of a documentary playing on my tablet next to me. This is for two reasons- firstly you can never stop learning and I believe you should fill your brain with information as much as you can, and secondly.....I suffer from nightmares, quite a lot. After lots of trial
