The Mysterious Universe

I have spent a lot of time learning about quantum mechanics. It has helped me answer some questions I had about the way life works. It has also helped me understand myself better as well. It is indeed a weird concept to wrap your mind around, and there are still a lot of unanswered "why" questions out there, but if you can grasp it, it will help you to make more sense of our mysterious Universe. If you don't know anything about quantum physics or have never even heard of it, and you're someone who wants to expand your mind, I urge you to watch the following videos. They are each 9 to 10 minutes long, so make sure you can dedicate enough uninterrupted time before you begin watching.

If these videos were too complicated for you to understand, try Quantum Physics for Dummies. It will be in Layman's terms and will cut out the complicated mathematics of quantum mechanics.
To study the world on a quantum level is so intriguing to me. It is so mysterious and mind boggling that it seems like magic, and who isn't fascinated by magic?
This is where the law of attraction, which I believe exists, stems from. The Law of Attraction states that like attracts like... that whatever you think about, speak about and feel about, you BRING ABOUT.
Now it may seem impossible that mere thought can create reality, BUT look at it this way... if you recognize that our physical surroundings are not actually concrete because they are made up of  atoms, which are made up of subatomic particles that pop in and out of existence, and those particles behave differently when being observed, then the most you could say about a seemingly concrete object sitting in front of you is that you only perceive it to be concrete. Until we focus a thought on subatomic particles, they act as waves of infinite possibilities, but when being observed, they collapse on only ONE possibility (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wEzRdZGYNvA), thus creating our "reality." All matter is made up of atoms and subatomic particles and our perception of matter is dependent on what vibration the atoms are functioning at ( example: a chair vibrates at a different frequency than your human body, a glass of water and a flame). Now, we already know that our thoughts emit brain waves which are frequencies. We cannot see the thoughts exiting our heads, but we CAN measure brain waves electrically and see how they differ in frequency when thinking about different things. When these waves of energy are emitted and go out into space, they bump up against other subatomic particles and affect other matter. So is it that difficult then to accept that our thoughts can affect matter that is outside of us? I personally don't believe it is that much of a stretch.
It isn't this idea that you can think of a stack of money or the type of person you want to marry and "poof" there it/they will be. I imagine if we had no perception of time, it might work like that, but we have been conditioned and programmed to believe in time and accept it with the idea that the past is what has already happened and we cannot go back and the future is up there and we don't yet know what it holds. We are conditioned to believe that what we do in (what we call) the "present" cannot affect either the past or the future, so when we focus our thoughts on something, more times than not, there is the belief that we must wait on it, and so there is usually a delay.
With what we have been taught to believe about our world, generally the way we will manifest something in our life is going to be through other people and situations. And just because you think about something, doesn't mean it will show up for you personally unless you put yourself in the right place to receive it and take the right actions to accept it.
This is what I believe. Not because someone I trust told me it is true. Not because I was desperate for something to believe in, but because I put my faith in the concept and saw it pan out in my personal life. I tried it out, and it WORKED. Not one time; not a few times; but EVERY TIME. So I continue to use quantum physics in the law of attraction in my life. When I desire something, I focus all my mind's energy on it, and I always get it. That doesn't mean I sit on my duff and wait for it to fall into my lap either. When we truly want something badly, aren't we willing to work our butt's off to get it? Even if you don't have to work to get something, you should always be willing, and that I am. Usually I don't have to work so hard because I have a tremendous amount of faith that what I desire already belongs to me, and so many times it shows up in my life almost miraculously with very little effort at all.
I don't believe my life has a destiny, purpose or calling that I have to figure out. I believe my purpose and destiny is what I say it is. I have an image of the life I desire playing out in my mind every single day. I see myself in that life already and so I have an attitude of deep gratitute. I claim what I want as mine and focus all my emotion and energy on it, and every day something new falls into perfect place or another door opens to walk through putting me closer and closer to what I have visualized for myself. It is quite remarkable.
I hope these videos and explanation helped give you more faith that you can have the exact life you want and deserve. Now, channel your thoughts and be INTENTIONAL.
